Motel Room Rates based on double
occupancy:
- All motel room rates are based on
double occupancy
- For any motel room exceeding 2
people per room there is an additional cost
- Ages 2 - 10 yrs $10.00 per child
per day
- Ages 11 yrs and up $20.00 per
person per day
- No additional charge for Gazebo
House or Condos
Pet fees:
- $10.00 per pet per day
- One time fee of $15.00 (motel) and
$30.00 (Gazebo) for a flea bomb at your
departure
- Pets are permitted in lower level
king size room, studio room, and gazebo only
Boat Dockage:
- Boat dockage is $1.00 per foot per
day
- Maximum width is 8 feet
- Maximum length is 24 feet
- There is no boat, trailer, or
oversized vehicle parking allowed
Holidays:
- For all calendar holidays, a 3
night minimum stay is required for motel
units
- For Condos and the Gazebo House, a
7 night minimum is required
- A 10% increase is applied to all
rates
Motel Reservations:
- A Visa or MasterCard is required
to guarantee reservation
- Credit card will be authorized 72
hours prior to arrival date for full amount
- Cancellations must be made 72
hours prior to arrival date for any or all
days booked by 2:00PM. No-shows or late
cancellations are subject to 100% penalty to
credit card on file
- Early departures or delayed
arrivals subject to a 100% forfeit if notice
is less than 72 hours prior to arrival date
Motel Payment:
- We accept: Visa, Mastercard, money
order, cashier’s check, and cash.
- No personal or business checks
will be accepted
Condominiums and Gazebo Reservations:
- A Visa or MasterCard is required
to guarantee reservation
- Payment must be made in full 30
days prior to arrival date
- Payment by personal check, money
order, cashier’s check, or traveler’s checks
will only be accepted if mailed 30 days
prior to arrival date. (No Visa or Master
Card)
- Cancellation must
be placed 30 days prior to arrival date by
2:00PM for any or all days booked or a 100%
penalty will be assessed to credit card on
file
- Early departures or delayed
arrivals subject to a 100% forfeit if notice
is less than 30 day prior to arrival date
- No housekeeping service is
provided for Condos and Gazebo
- A one time fee of $100.00 (condos)
and $150.00 (Gazebo) will be assessed to
clean the unit at your departure
Miscellaneous:
- Pool hours are from dawn till dusk
- No cleaning during your stay (in Condo and Gazebo only)
- All units are
non-smoking
- All rates and taxes are subject to
change without notice.
