Enjoy our islands beautiful pristine beaches! Walk and feel the soft sugar sand on your feet. Our beaches are located all over the island... Below is a list of the most popular beach areas. Be sure to visit our beaches for a fun filled afternoon for all ages, but don't forget to take in one spectacular sunset!
Caxambas Park:
South Collier Blvd. Facilities include: Play area, picnic area, concessions, two lane boat ramp, bait, fuel, docking.
Mackle Community Park:
1361 Andalusia Terrace, Marco Island

Hours: Monday - Sunday 8 am - 10 pm
Facilities include: Community center, covered basketball courts, volleyball courts, shuffleboard courts, tot lot, exercise/jogging trail, open play area and picnic area around lake. Also available is a spray park and "Kid's Cove", a unique playground that also has a kid's climbing wall.
Tigertail Beach:
Open 8 AM until Sunset Daily Parking $8.00 (with in-and-out privileges)
This is a 390 acre county park as well as a beach and the region's top beach for viewing wildlife

Tigertail is also a natural bird sanctuary: Visitors standing on Tigetail beach can see Sand Dollar Island. This area is a nesting area for many birds, some that are threatened species. Visitors may see Herons, Egrets, Ibis and many kinds of Terns, Sandpipers,
Plovers and Gulls.
Be prepared for a little walking to get to the actual beach. Since a sandbar was closed off by Hurricane Wilma, it has created a pond where vegetation thrives. Walk to the left for 1/4 to 1/2 mile to find a beautiful sugary sand beach.
South Beach:
Public Parking Lot with 35 spaces for visitors and 35 for residents on Swallow Ave. in Gene Sarazen Park and with access directly across the street north of the Apollo condominium on S. Collier Blvd. Inside the Apollo is the Sunset Grill- a restaurant and bar easily accessible from the beach. Close to watersports rentals.
