This unit is located on the east side of the Pavilion condominium. Very private, with both a western deck on the water and a cozy eastern deck where you can grill or sunbath.

The condos have a lovely pool and boat docks! Friendly neighbors too!

• The condos require a minimum 3 night stay
• Holidays a 7 night stay and a 10% increase
• Max of 4 people.

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior or non-refundable. Payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival date by personal check, business check, money order, cashier's check or traveler's check for full amount of stay. (No Visa or MasterCard)
